Final Fantasy Action Figures
A successful video game will attract a loyal core of fans and this is the case with the Final Fantasy franchise. The role playing game can be played on various game systems and there are also animations, feature films, and games for mobile phones and portable games. Other merchandise includes novels, manga books and Fivalentinenal Fantasy action figures. The games, which have many series, have enjoyed critical and commercial success since the first one appeared in Japan in 1987.
The games involve characters that sometimes overlap across different series, doing battle against each other in different backgrounds. Battle scenes include battles in an arena and in a desert. They also use full motion video. There are approximately 28 of the adventure games and the Final Fantasy action figures are from different series and movies too. As well as the heroic figures, there are weapons and modes of transport.
Series VII contains 8'' tall figures with 20 points of articulation. Cloud Strife comes with her buster sword and it's also possible to buy her motorcycle. Aerith Gainsborough wears a pretty, pink dress and she carries her familiar staff. Tifa Lockheart completes the trio and she is dressed in a mini skirt. All three of these Final Fantasy action figures can be collected together as a set.
The VII Movie Adventure Children Series 2 also contains popular Final Fantasy action figures. Yuffie Kisaragi is under Cloud Strife's command and she carries her ninja-throwing star. Kisaragi can also be seen in the games, Dirge of Cerberus and Kingdom Hearts. Another member of this set is Reno, belonging to The Turks, Shinra's investigative division. Reno has an individual style with wild hair, casual outfit and goggles. His weapon of choice is a retractable stun baton. Finally, Kadaj, leader of the Sephiroth Remnants wears a coat and has a double katana called Souba.
There is also a set from the XII Series, featuring Ashe, Balthier, Judge Gabranth and Vaan. Monsters add a lot of enjoyment to the game and pvc replicas of Odin, On and Sleipnir make up the Master Monster Creature collection Series 2. The Final Fantasy action figures owe a lot to their success in battle to their weapons and four of these have been collected together as die cast metal and pvc replicas, each with a display stand. They are Vincent Valentine's gun, Cereberus, Squal Leonhart's revolver, Gunblade, Seifer Almasy's automatic gunblade, Hyperion and Sora's keyblade, Kingdom Key.
